The Department of School Education and Literacy of
the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India
is in the process of launching Rastriya Madhyamic Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA)
with an aim to achieve Universal Access and Quality Secondary
Education.

I am glad to know that the RMSA at
Jorhat has planned to publish its website . This is indeed a
noteworthy effort. The website will give the public a clear
idea of the aims and objectives of the RMSA ,which would in the
long run help to get the cooperation of the general public to
implement the plans and programmes of the Abhiyan Successfully.

during the whole year. I hope the public and everyone concerned would
share their views with us through the website from time to time. I
believe the website would be of immense help to everyone in monitoring
and in offering their advice and suggestion for the improvement of the
quality of education at the secondary level in the district.
